Shoreline District Residents

Kindergarten Enrollment (January 27 - March 2, 2025)

Once you’ve signed up for our inquiry list and to attend a Q&A session per instructions above,  follow district instructions and timeline to register with your neighborhood school. This is very important. If you don’t register with your neighborhood school by March 1, and there is not space at the HEE, your neighborhood school’s kindergarten classes could be full.

If you will homeschool independently if not accepted into the HEE, enroll with the Home Education Exchange, (for school selection, choose "I don't know"), and familiarize yourself with the district’s guidance for homeschooling

We will have a kindergarten lottery for Shoreline students on March 3.

Grades 1-8 Enrollment

Sign up for our inquiry list and register to attend a tour and information session.

Current HEE Families

To enroll an incoming kindergartener for 25-26, enroll no later than March 1, 2025, using the “existing families” registration link on this page. https://www.ssd412.org/about-us/enrollment

To enroll a grade 1-8 sibling for 25-26, please let us know by completing a survey that you will receive via email the week of January 27th, 2025.

Out-of-District Families New to the HEE

Sign up for our inquiry list and to attend a Q&A session per instructions above. Continue registering with your home district or preparing to homeschool next year, if not accepted into the HEE.  A lottery for out of district students for available spaces will be on June 2nd, 2025. If you’re accepted, you’ll be notified and will then need to submit a Choice Transfer Request with your home district.
